Student Consumer Complaints
Students who have a complaint against the University of Utah should first file a complaint with the institution.
If the University of Utah does not resolve the complaint, students may file a complaint with the Utah Board of Regents at . The Board of Regents will only consider complaints that were previously unresolved by the institution and may refer a complaint to another agency for investigation.
Students who have a complaint relating to issues that are covered by the Code of Student Rights and Responsibilities may follow the university鈥檚 process for filing a complaint. The student code is found at .
